Growth and Scale Navigator Coaching Program for ACE Members

Develop and implement your fast-track scaleup strategy

Successful ACE member applicants will receive three, free, one-hour consultation sessions over a period of four months, from February to May 2021, using a guided application of the Impact Innovation Group, Growth and Scale Navigator tool to build a tailored, practical growth-action-plan.   This program is suitable for established enterprises, during their high-growth phase that aim to:

  • Commercialise new products or services
  • Expand into new markets (either new geographical markets or a new market segment)
  • Develop a clear plan to scale up business operations in 2021

To be eligible for the ACE Growth and Scale Navigator Coaching Program, your business must:

  • be an Advance Queensland ACE Network member
  • at minimum, have an innovative, commercialisation ready product(s) or service(s) or be seeking growth via sales of its existing innovative product(s) or service(s) into new markets
  • provide relevant information requested by the ACE Coaching Service
  • provide feedback and progress reports as requested by Advance Queensland

In 1993 he became Research and Information Services Manager for Australian Meat Technology Pty Ltd, a CSIRO technology start-up and management consulting company. He joined a team that started a new industry-owned innovation and marketing services company – Meat and Livestock Australia Ltd – where he has held several senior executive positions over the past 16 years. He has 30 years’ experience in knowledge production and transfers through both commercial and public-good innovation pathways to market. Lewe works with clients all over Australia facilitating and consulting in Strategic Planning & Management, Innovation, Cross-boundary Collaboration and Research Leadership Development.

Through her work in multi-national companies, she has advised clients on end-to-end innovation processes, coached individuals and facilitated workshops designed to build skills in creativity and innovation. She has several start-up projects and loves helping others to be successful with their entrepreneurial activities.
