Maree will draw on her extensive business background to explain the principles of strategic business modelling and how they help to determine the best pathways to profitability for various types of enterprises and new ideas. She will also highlight how common business modelling tools have ensured success for well-known brands. \nAbout the Presenter \nMaree Franettovich is an Associate Lecturer in the School of Business and Law at CQ University\, where she teaches undergraduate courses in Human Resources\, Management\, and Marketing. \nEnsuring her teaching and research remain relevant and innovative\, Maree maintains strong links with the business sector\, primarily in her roles as a director and community engagement chair of Sarina Community Bank® Branch Bendigo Bank\, director of Connect Housing Group\, and director of Business Services Network Pty Ltd. \nMaree has co-authored several research papers on the economic\, social\, and environmental impacts of mining\, particularly in relation to small business in regional areas.
