TOPIC
According to ASIC, around 250,000 SMEs are placed into administration each year, with a failure rate of almost 50 percent. Understanding and responding to your market sooner with innovative solutions can help protect you from the prospect of insolvency … but you need the data to do it.
Market research is a critical management responsibility, not simply the domain of the marketing department (if you have one).
It’s also a fundamental and easily accessible business tool with a proven capacity to keep businesses focussed, ensure you remain relevant and future-oriented whilst reducing the inherent risks in business decision-making… i.e., reduce the failure rate.
The ASIC report on insolvency statistics for 2013 to 2014 said the “predominance of SME related insolvencies is longstanding and structural in nature”; and, poor strategic management was identified as a key factor in approximately 44% of corporate liquidations for Australian businesses.
This webinar is about learning practical market research techniques to help you to make effective business decisions to grow your business.
