About the Presenter

Brian Ruddle, Managing Director at the Impact Innovation Group, has been both a pitcher and a panellist for innovation funding. He has helped several start-up companies raise between $450,000 and $2 million in seed rounds, and negotiated many licence agreements with Australian and international companies to help start-ups and SMEs get new products and services ready for the market. He has also participated on numerous assessment panels, helping government and private investors evaluate which proposals are likely to deliver the best outcomes for the funds available — commercially, economically and socially.
